The project involves the conversion of an existing social facility to develop new services, specifically the creation of additional placements in Day Care and Night Care Centers, integrated into Residential Structures for Elderly People.

This will include the major rehabilitation of Quinta Esperança (formerly a single-family residence), adapting it to meet the functional and comfort standards required for the operation of an elderly care facility (ERPI). The new structure is expected to create 50 additional places.
